An accountability partner, in a nutshell, is someone whom you engage to help keep you on track. They hold your feet to the fire, so to speak, whenever you say you’re going to do something. Most folks seem to find that if they make a promise to someone else they are more likely to keep it than if they just promise themselves. Having an accountability partner will make your productivity soar. It is usually a mutually beneficial exchange.
